  • Gentle Hatha

    Join us while we gently stretch & strengthen, slowly and deliberately holding postures for 5-7 breaths. There are always options to increase or decrease your level of challenge, so choose your own adventure in this mindful movement class

  • Slow Flow

    Using breath-based movements, you’ll find your own rhythm and pace. Repeating postures and exploring variations, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to feel into your range of motion and how the body opens as the class progresses.

  • Yinstorative

    Ever wonder what the difference is between Yin & Restorative yoga? This class was created by the need to teach exactly that. We’ll target deeper levels of muscle with compression and then support them in complimentary passive shapes. Still confused? Don’t worry, just relax and roll around on the floor with us.

  • Midday Movement

    Move, breathe and reset with this abridged class. It’s the perfect way to break up your day, relieving stress & stiffness so you can start your afternoon anew.

  • Yoga Spa

    Just like it sounds, this class is all about relaxation. With supported postures to restore & rejuvenate, you’ll get to enjoy self-massage with studio supplied tools to enhance your body’s ability to relax into each pose. If you’re sore, burnt-out or love a good savasana, this is the class for you!

  • Slow Sundays

    Sundays are made for being eased into. So roll out of bed and into the studio and we’ll conquer the morning sleepies together! This class has no set style so let’s just see what it has in store for us.

  • Kirtan

    This beautiful bhakti practice is all about the mantra. Let music from the harmonium, percussion & our lead vocalists, guide you into joyful practice. We’ll sit and sing in call and response style, with no experience or musical expertise needed.

  • 20/20/20 Movement, Mantra, Breathwork & Meditation

    Explore 3 of the 4 paths of yoga in this diverse class. 20 minutes of physical movement + 20 minutes of Mantra with music + 20 minutes of breathwork and meditation = Heaven

  • Breathe & Stretch

    This gentle class starts with Pranayama - breathwork and is followed by deep stretching. This is a great class for exploring breath control training & techniques. You’ll learn how to better oxygenate your bodily cells and harness your vital life source leaving you energized and relaxed.

  • Strengthen & Stretch

    This 50/50 split divides class into strengthening practices followed by complimentary stretches to reduce next day soreness.

  • Block Therapy

    This class is all about creating space in your body. Using the Block Buddy and diaphragmatic breathing, we’ll release adhesions & improve blood & oxygen flow to affected areas. Imagine a deep tissue massage, where you’re in control.
