Welcome, we’re glad you’re here. Yoga at the Quay is inspired by Laura’s mission to make traditional yoga accessible for everyone. Teaching for over a decade, she watched the yoga movement grow in popularity but diminish its values in the repackaging for consumer markets. This dissection of a wholistic practice didn’t fit, so we created a space to return to the roots of living Yoga.

The 4 paths of yoga are connected, unifying practices that support complete wellness. The Goal is one but the paths are complimentary. Take for example your health: If you desire better physical health you might start exercising daily. However if you add nutritious food & proper sleep to these efforts, you experience greater benefits than exercise on its own. Accompanying the physical benefits, other aspects of your health such as mental & social health improve because you are not isolated to your physical experience: All aspects of you are connected.

So come experience the system of yoga in its totality through movement, learning, celebration & connection. You’ll be glad you did.

What to bring

  • Yoga Mat (optional)

  • A Positive Attitude: Relax, we're here to have a good time. Laugh when you feel funny, rest as you please and be kind to yourself.

  • Comfortable Clothing -Don't worry about buying new clothes. Non-revealing PJ's will do just fine 

  • Water Bottle - While class might not be vigorous, it's a good idea to stay hydrated
